After applying on LinkedIn and having a brief email conversation with Talent Acquisition, I had an initial phone call with the recruiter. We discussed my professional background and she also told me about the company (its values, culture, etc). A few days later, I was able to speak to the Hiring Manager for the position. I went over my resume and relevant experience. The recruiter stayed in touch with me via email the entire time, and everything occurred in about two weeks time. A week later, I had video interviews with four employees, including my manager, who I would potentially be collaborating with. Everyone was very nice and asked great questions!
