Interviewed around mid December 2021 Very nice experience, and very kind and hard working recruiter. Ultimately the roll couldn't pay what I currently make, and that surprised me because I feel like that I don't really make that much currently. The call could have ended there but instead she took the time to look with me if there were other opportunities that fit and payed more. She spent the time with me going over possible positions, but to my surprise some were commission based, etc. I really liked this interview because she put in effort and seemed to value you and understand your worth. Talked about staying in touch and keeping an eye out as there may be some future roles that pay a bit more to what I'm asking coming up. Company is lucky to have a recruiter like her.
