Interview
Two parts of a three stage interview with this company. Extremely unusual approach and very badly handled. The first screener was fine, went though my approach and the role itself and was told I was a good fit for the progression to the nest stage with the sales manager. An extremely positive round with great feedback and told I was a "thumbs up" from the manager. Was left out in the cold for nearly 3 weeks then to be told I wasn't a good fit. I asked the initial recruiter for feedback via email and never received a response. for a company that prides itself on culture it fell far short of what I believed of the business as a whole and was probably a good thing It wasn't progressed if they couldn't even provide me with feedback after a very positive interview
I was advanced to the final and fifth round of interviews despite not having direct experience, which was clear from the outset of my application. During the final interview, my lack of direct experience was then heavily scrutinized in a manner that felt unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily demoralising.

I went through 5 interviews over the course of 5 weeks, the final one being a customer role play and presentation which took a lot of time for preparation. I waited two weeks for an update only to be told that they have decided to no longer hire for this role and they had essentially wasted my time and I’m sure a number of other candidates. How do they put people through this many stages only to decide that far down the line? I would be aware of this before applying.

Very odd and unprofessional interview. I was told I was interviewing for an AE role and it turned out to be account management. Never received any follow up or insight into what changed.
