This was several month long process. My main point of contact, while initially friendly, began stepping past bounds of professionalism and began sharing information about the process that felt inappropriate, including who exactly was being added to the mix as a new candidate at the last stage of interviews. One person out of four I met with in the final round essentially shut me out in the final interview loop, seemingly making a snap judgment about me after one or two questions. Ultimately I felt my experience would have led to a toxic work environment, so I’m glad it didn’t work out.
