      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SurveyMonkey in Dec 2022

      Interview

I had an initial phone screener interview with an HR rep. Which she forgot about initially and I had to follow up. I moved to the next round after to speak with the hiring manager for the role. Everything was going fine until this individual, who works for a company that specializes in survey development and tools, asked me a literal 8-point question. I'm sure I could have asked for the question to be segmented up, but we were nearing the end of our 30-minute window, and I did not want to run over. It was frustrating.
