      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SurveyMonkey (Toronto, ON) in May 2023

      Interview

I applied online via an ATS recruitment system. My discussion was with the recruiter. My second meeting was with the hiring manager. The third was 3x 30 minute meetings (spread out over a few days) with various senior level associates. The process to coordinate times to meet was easy and straightforward. Momentive provided key information about the interviewers prior to meeting them. You could tell they were setting you up for a success recruiting process.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work at Momentive? What is your approach to collaborating with cross functional teams internally?

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SurveyMonkey in Nov 2022

      Interview

I made it to the final round of interviews and had a positive experience with just about everyone I met with. First was a quick 15 minute screening and then a series of 5 interviews with the team members, hiring manager and director. Unfortunately, I did not get an offer in the end.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Questions about experience and how it relates to the position. Contract negotiations, upselling, etc. How do you prioritize tasks?

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SurveyMonkey in Jan 2022

      Interview

Everyone was very nice. The actual interview process was confusing to me. When they schedule interviews they don't send a calendar invite. So the day I had 4 interviews in one day I had miscalculated one interview and missed it. It felt like a test to weed people out...while I get it, that's a detail not to miss...that would never happen in a real job. I don't email a client and tell them to meet with me and not send them an invite. I have a current full time job too that I was balancing. Oh then the next interview they sent the hiring manager the wrong time and I showed up again and no one was on the call.

Situational questions with clients. What do you do with competing priorities?
