SurveyMonkey Product Manager interview questions

Put in an application and received an email for a 30 minute phone call within a week. Recruiter spent the whole time talking about the company even though I was already familiar with SM and nothing about the position. I have the skills and qualifications although he never went over anything. Told me he would let me know within 2 days. I never heard anything so I followed up and they said they are going with someone else with the skills and qualifications lol.

One phone screening with a recruiter. One phone interview with a future co-worker not necessarily the hiring manager. The recruiter was very nice and called to let me know why I was not selected to move forward and provided clear feedback. The reason was that I didn't have a clear idea of the company metrics and objectives. One thing that bothered me was that the interviewer was not able to give me feedback right there. It was clear they didn't want to move forward with me, however, were not able to say why not to me directly and had HR say the hard stuff.
