I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Surya (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and straight forward. I was contacted a week after applying for the position. They were initially very responsive with their communication after my first 2 interviews but after my second interview they were not. I had to wait another week to hear from them. When I eventually did, I was told my qualifications didn't match as well as other candidates did, which is fine as I had my hesitations about the company based on the amount of negative reviews on here. Although, I will say the two people I talked to were very nice and friendly.
My interview process was on-site at the headquarters. I met with 3 people, in 2 different meetings. The interview process was concise and to the point. I enjoyed the process.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Surya (White, GA) in Feb 2021
Interview
I had a very pleasant interview process. HR reached out to me a few days after I applied to set up a screening. After the screening, I was sent an Excel data challenge which was pretty much a pivot table test. After submitting that, I was contacted to schedule my second interview. The second interview was about 3 days after my screening and was conducted by the senior ecommerce account manager. Lastly, I had my final interview via zoom with both the senior ecommerce account manager and the director of ecommerce. This was one week since my initial screening. I received my job offer via a phone call the following Tuesday.
The 3 women I spoke with were all as sweet as could be and made me feel very comfortable. It felt like I was just having a conversation with friends. They asked about previous experience and seemed to be genuinely interested in my stories and even laughed at all my jokes.
I could not be more excited to begin working with this company!
