My first interview was a phone call with HR and that lasted about 30 minutes. She immediately set up a second round interview with my would-be manager. That interview was a few days later and I thought it went really well. Obviously it was a personality issue because a few days later I found out that she didn't feel like I was fit for the position. Zero explanation as to why.
