The recruiter reached out to me via email and requested an interview via phone. She was late to the interview, which I can understand. But she was frazzled and rushed indicating she had a very hard cut off. The interview time allotted was already short 20 mins; so I had less than 15 mins to chat with her. I kept an eye on the clock to be respectful of her "hard cut off" and kept my answers brief. When done she said, "thank you for the VERY VERY high level review of your experience." I had 15 mins to go over a decade of experience and she did most of the talking.
