Interview
This was one of the oddest phone screens I have ever had. I was VERY prepared for this, and excited for the opportunity. I have other job offers but really was hoping this one would work out because the mission is close to my heart. The phone screen lasted 8 minutes. I was prepared for at least a 20 minute call. The interviewer was short and seemed very eager to get off the phone. She asked typical questions about my qualifications. I was qualified. At the end of the conversation she said quickly: ok we will be in touch within 24 to 48 hours if the hiring manager wants to pursue. She didnt ask anything that would have quickly disqualified me. At this point I was prepared to ask the 8 questions I had written out in front of me, but she quickly said thanks and hung up. Within 24 hours I got an email saying they proceeded in the process with another candidate. I was disappointed and frustrated. It was clear that they already had someone set to fill this position or just didn't want bothered to actually take the time to learn about me and why I would be a good fit.

Question 1
What is your experience with...? Have you done ...?
Interviews were set up on zoom by the SGK recruiter. Interviews went very well, but then -nothing. No feedback or follow up from the interviews, despite my professional follow-up emails. Completely ghosted and very disappointed.
