I was interviewed at Sutherland Global Services Cochin - Kerala for their Voice Process(Sr. Consultant- Efx). Totally there were Five rounds.. 1.Online Test - Consists of Verbal,Reasoning and Quants 2.Telephoning Interview(Voice and Accent) - 3.Typing Test (at least typing speed of 25 words per one minute with 90% accuracy.) 4.Telephoning Interview - This one is from efx Team ; The results were declared after 30 minutes..The salary part was negotiable. It was according the scores and the experience . . even one with basic command over English could easy beat this interview.I dont know much about their non voice recruiting system.
