I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sutherland (Windsor, ON) in Nov 2015
Interview
Online application. Spoke to 3 different recruiters for the same position. Each recruiter was not aware that I spoke to others until I told them. Each of them past me off to each other, until I approached the recruiting manager on site and booked an interview. Meet with the site director, account manager and recruiting manager. Interview went well I thought. Got a call from the account manager who openly admitted that my credentials intimidated him. Offered me a team manager position for half of my current salary. Site director reached out and added an extra $2500 annually. Stated she could not offer ops manager as she has to back account manager.
