first of all, screening of the candidate how you can communicate to others it's not the 1st round but if you not speaking with a clarity you cannot eligible to go with next round. The first round is passage writing next round is voice accent test and technical round and final round is HR & manager round

They called me for an interview, and scheduled two different dates because there it was a system error occurred as they don't work on Saturday 05/07 so I joined the correct call on 07/07 to be interviewed and hopefully be able to start on 14/07. A few days later, they sent me a communication in regard to application rejection and on 15/07 they have posted again the same job offer on Linkedin and interviewed a friend of mine...no explanation for this behavior and they wasted my time and obviously they are still looking for the position. No words...
First, an In-person interview then an online aptitude test. Pretty straight forward and asked questions such as strengths, weaknesses, etc. Second interview was with direct supervisor and was more like a formality.
