Interview
Waste of time. Unprofessionalism at its best.
I applied via naukri. Interviewed at their office in kochi. The process took more than 1 week. There was a written test and face to face round. I successfully completed those. Then they said they will contact me. After 2 days, they called and asked to come for typing test. I attended and cleared that round as well as client interview round. Then they told me they will contact if shortlisted.
After 4 days, they again called and asked me to attend next round. As i am from a remote location, it was quite difficult for me to travel to kochi everytime. Next round was a chat assessment test and i completed it quite well. Then they again told they will contact me soon. I didn't even got a reply from their side there after. I almost waited for 2 weeks. When i contacted them, they told HR will contact me. After 2 days, i again called and this time they told me i was rejected. When i asked the reason, they even don't know that.
Totally i had a very bad experience with sutherland and due to this interview process, i lost many other job opportunities.

Interview
Convoluted interview process. Micromanaging from the onboarding process. Very distrusting interview process, this company is jaded not sure why they are prejudiced against immigrants. Be careful this company will waste your time and efforts without just cause.
couple of steps, could be shortened (remote position) tech test system knowledge role play one way virtual then actual interview. nothing left to say but has to be at least thirty words long good luck.
