A friend of mind who is a doctor at the practice, invited me to apply so I did. I interviewed with 3 doctors and one nurse, but not as a group. The interviews were 1:1.

Manager interview only, no other managers, assistant managers, nurses, or people present during the interview. On-site in the unit. Manager is very cool, professional, knowledgeable, confident, kind, and understanding :-)

Straightforward interview. A few scenario questions and discussion of my background. No panel, just the floor manager. Interview lasted about 40 minutes and received an offer the next day. Other interviews at Sutter have involved a panel of managers but otherwise were similar to this one.
