Did not plan on even applying, went with a friend who was applying as a manager after B.A. in business. One of H.R. asked if i was interested, so i decided why not.. Talked to 2 different managers, as well as an engineer in the welding dept. Manager in my dept. and shift asked what salary i requested and wanted to offer me a position. I ask for close to 20 an hr, was told not 20, but close, around 17. I agreed. when I met with H.R. to finalize, everything had changed. was only offered 10, with 1.25 premium. Took position anyways since was recovering from an accident, and could not work original job.
