The interview process consisted of a telephone interview with the recruiter followed by a telephone interview with 2 different MD's and then a final stage presentation with the MD and HR Director I got a fantastic impression of SWARCO Traffic Ltd from the moment the internal recruiter first contacted me to discuss the role in more detail. I felt valued through the process and the communication throughout was great. I was offered this role at STL and another role with a different company at the same time. I chose the role at SWARCO because I got such a fantastic impression of the company through their recruitment process. Three weeks into the job and I know that I definitely made the right choice, this is a great place to work and I'd highly recommend it.
