Had an initial chat on the phone, then a more formal telephone interview and then a face to face which included a presentation of my intended approach to the strategy and role. Disappointingly I was kept waiting for a long time (over two weeks) with no communication as the company awaited their first choice candidates decision as I was apparently a close second. I would just advise to let people know what you're doing in this instance, as it came across as a bit rude, having taken time out of my day - and annual leave time off of my current job - to produce a presentation (last minute because of availability of interview slots) and deliver it to what seemed like a great response, to then feel like there was just radio silence. The application portal updated me before I had received any sort of response as the application moved from active to archived. Otherwise seems like a good company and a good opportunity, but please just keep people in the loop a bit more.
