      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Swarovski (New Delhi)

      Interview

The interview process was an ease for me , i though of it being cruel for me and didn't go with much expectations however i though of giving it my best shot. Many people have turned up for the interview. The first round was light and didn't focus much on questioning me instead making me understand about the organization more and i felt that i was dominating it all the while and interviewer wasn't much interested in turning the tables on. Second round of interview was a more precise one wherein i was interviewed by the German under whom I had to work, she was very good at making me comfortable first but was stern and had tough questions, but from the background i came from, i must say that the work they had for me was nothing near complex than what i had done in my past.So it wasn't difficult for me to convince her on to hiring me. The next two rounds were pre-decided, i sort of knew that i had booked my place in the company but it wasn't a cake walk. The next person was the regional director seamed to test me more on a personal front rather than anything to do with my work. He tested me all out on my personae and this was the first time i felt that i didn't have much words, he was too dominant, but thankfully towards the end he left a loose line for me and that was enough for me to pack the final punch, he was impressed at the end. The last round was more of a chit chat and each of us the finance director and me were entertaining each other a lot. i knew i had solid chance in with the company. The interview process were much easier than the waiting process after it. Although i had enough work already to be concerned about the entire scheme. One and a half months passed without much info from them and i thought that i must have acted too smart to loose the position but it was not destined that way i received the decisive call. I was in, ohh what a relief it was. As i was already shortlisted in a couple of more companies and i was about to join in for the other one when i received the call and i knew immediately what i had to do.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I must say more difficult questions for me were on social aspects and more to do with my personal future and philosophies that i faced, because now a days companies to want a complete package not only a nerd or a work machine . They want a face for the company. Atleast that's what happened in my case.
