Interview
First I was asked to fill out the application form;
then I was told to wait for 20 minutes until greeted by the store manager;
the manager took me upstairs and we sat down for behavior question session for 40 minutes;
after that we did a scenario sales.

We met at the shop and went to the sitting area, where we conducted the interview in a friendly and open way. They do have to write your responses on a clip board so that is a bit intimidating.
Super easy, just sat in the food court and talked about some experiences and scenarios that I would encounter on the job. Heard back within a few days. Very laid back and nice.

Very casual, asked me about my prior experience in retail and customer service. The manager asked me what are the differences between a feature and benefit of a piece of jewellery and to give an example.
