Swartz Campbell interview questions

Very simple and to the point. Was interviewed by the partner instead of HR which I felt was really good. Simple and short questions with not much casual talking. Was offered the job later that day, and I have been working there almost two years now. Not much else to say about the interview other than the fact that it was to the point, short, and very simple.
