I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swedish (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Very relaxed. We started with details about the job and the clinic. My interviewer told me about themselves and their role. We reviewed my resume then went over the interview questions. Questions were pretty standard i.e. how would you handle certain situations/stress. A lot of scenario type questions. Some questions about what you value in a work place and why.

Interview
Questions were straightforward. Recruiter was easy to talk with, and allowed the opportunity for interviewee to ask as many questions as they would like. Recruiter also was open to receiving questions after the interview via email if there were any outstanding issues.

How would colleagues from your most recent position describe you as?
I applied online. I interviewed at Swedish (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2020
Interview
On two different occasions and for two different job postings I had virtual interviews scheduled with no shows. I would then email and let them know that no one showed up to interview me and then it would take at least week to schedule another interview. Very lame and a waste of my time and energy.

Interview
First had to submit the regular online application, then was asked to do an online video interview, and finally invited to an in-person interview. It is a step-by-step process. Most communication is via email. Must respond to each stage of interview in timely manner.
