First you must pass their AI chatbot self-paced application portal. It has been quite difficult to get to an actual human being to talk about job postings, and when you do reach the recruiter, they redirect you to the job portal, which again, you have to pass their chatbot to move forward. Even with the appropriate job skills, it is difficult to get to the interview stage.
