I submitted my resume and cover letter through their online Taleo portal. I made sure my cover letter contained many of the same words as the job description. I was called for a 30 minute phone interview with HR, and then had an hour-long in person interview with the hiring manager. Further steps would have included several panel interviews, a writing sample and an interview with the President of the Foundation, but I was not asked back.
