first i had a phone interview that lasted maybe around 15 minutes where i was informed of the job and all that would be required and then i was asked a couple of questions that to be truthful i dont remember, however i was called later that week and informed that i was going to move onto the second part which was a one on one interview with the clinic manager, she was kind and polite, she asked me questions regarding my experience, the reasons i joined the medical field and so on, after that she said they would contact me in a week or so, one week later i got another call and then i was told id come in for my final interview, at that interview i met all of the staffing, the nurses, medical assistants, receptionists, billing office and so on. then afterwords i was told id be called if i got the job, I did.
