I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Swedish
Interview
After applying online it took a little over a month before I received a call from HR. A quick phone interview was conducted and then an in person interview was set up for the following week. The interview was fairly standard. We went over my resume and then went over some scenarios that could come up, and some past scenarios that were related to issues that could come up in the job. The interviewer was very friendly and I felt very comfortable! After that I met with the clinic supervisor for another interview. That was very general. We went over my resume and skills and discussed the position and work environment. Very laid back.

Interview
On two different occasions and for two different job postings I had virtual interviews scheduled with no shows. I would then email and let them know that no one showed up to interview me and then it would take at least week to schedule another interview. Very lame and a waste of my time and energy.
