Standard, behavior questions. Fairly easy. Panel interview. First with hr and then panel of nurses. Fair questions. Tell me about a time when questions. Have a tour after. Sometimes offer on the spot.
Skype interview for out of state. Two interviewers and did not go over the scheduled time. Very straight forward standard questions to be expected about previous work history and why you are interested in the job as well as what you are most concerned about. Received an offer within the hour of completion.

The overall process was not bad at all, felt great after the interview. The interviewers were friendly and respectful. They asked me seven questions total followed by a case study. There is also a prioritization question (Which patient would you go see first and why) I got the offer two days after the interview.

First interview with HR over the phone and then are scheduled to in person interview with unit manager and nurses. I interviewed with panel of nurses and manager. Heard back relatively quickly.
