Interview
As someone else described in another review, it was disclosed to me during the interview that they hire temps from the staffing agency NuWest for this position and that they had pretty much already decided whom to hire for the job. I didn't know this and found their hiring practice a bit unethical in that they lead you to believe that they are truly considering you as a candidate while their full intention is of only using a staffing agency. The interviewer was nice and polite, but he was assigned to interview me at the last minute (as in when I arrived for the interview), so in all fairness, he was probably unprepared.
This was supposed to be a peer interview w the hiring manager and members of the team, but the original manager did not show for the interview. Shame because Swedish seems a great place to work for.

Question 1
What part of your previous job did you enjoy the most?
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Asked pretty basic questions about myself aswell as some situational questions. Quick interview, very nice, though I did not hear from them again after, so I found out on my own that they went with someone else

Interview
Recruiter was wonderful but the management team seemed disinterested and wanted to rush the interview. It was a Friday before a three day weekend. So that could have been the reason for the rush.

Applied for the role on company website. Got an email around 3 months later to schedule a video interview. The video interview lasted about half hour, questions generally about past roles and how I would react to distressed patients coming into the clinic and teamwork. Got an offer email a few days later.
