Interview
The hiring manager and the team coordinator hosted the interview. The atmosphere is loose. I felt comfortable. The hiring manager explained about the job in more detail than the job posting. She explained about the work culture as well as scheduling flexibility. The overall experience was good. I felt I would get a job offer.

Interview
I was chosen for a "digital interview" via HireVue. Essentially they have a typed question and you record your response and your entire submission is sent to them to look at. I never spoke to another human being. The questions were pretty straight forward phone interview type questions. Recording my responses did throw me off - it was uncomfortable and they wanted you to speak for a minimum time (I believe it was for at least 30 seconds or more) and would not let you end the recording until that time. This proved difficult with questions like, "What salary requirements are you looking for?" and other short-response questions. I ended up responding and then just looking at the camera like an idiot until my time ended. They sent me an email shortly after I completed the email saying someone would be in touch with me. Surprise, surprise.... I heard nothing. It has been over a month since.

Interview
It went very smoothly and I was asked questions more specific to the position during the in person interview. The person that set up the interview was also very helpful when it came to giving me the details of the interview in regards to location, parking and the individuals that I would be meeting with for the interview.
