I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Swedish (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Completed online application, then a phone interview with the clinic manager, was then asked to come in person a few days later. Arriving to the clinic, I completed multiple forms with similar questions and answers as the one online. I was then given a group interview by all the doctors and nurses with some administration coming in and out within 2 hours. I was asked a series of questions that included scenarios and what my previous work experiences were like.
