Multiple interviewers from leads to charge nurses and PA's. The ER is a tight knit group so a lot of the interview was personality questions...basically to see if you fit in.
I applied online. I interviewed at Swedish (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2015

The hiring process was frustrating. I applied for the job in September and got a denial email within a month or so. Then I got a phone call in November asking me if I was still interested in the job. I said yes and I was offered a job. I was given a choice of FTE that I wanted and said I wanted the 0.6. I was sent an email confirming that this is what I was going to be working and then a week later, I got a phone call from the same lady who said that the position she offered me was taken by another employee and that they could offer me a per diem position. So I took that. That process was frustrating.
The interview process was a little nerve wracking because it was an interview panel and I didn't know until I walked into the room.
