Extremely overdone process for what the position entails. Began with a phone interview with COO. In person interview with store GM. Both went extremely well. Then came in person interview with Owner. This last interview had an extremely weird vibe and the interviewer essentially began discussing an entirely different role, which is extremely unprofessional to do on a third interview in which you had me meet at a coffee shop for. Overall, I see that they care about their company and their development plans seem well structured; but these people don’t realize what limited capacity of pay/benefits they are able to offer vs. competitors. Qualified people aren’t interested in making $12/hour, especially when they’ve already completed two interviews for a different position within the company. Did not enjoy this experience, but I assume things worked out for the best
