      Product Designer Interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Swiftly in Aug 2025

      Interview

The first HR interview was good. The second interview with hiring manager was rescheduled 4X. I asked HR about how to prepare for the interview and they told me it would be a chat and not a portfolio review. After meeting with hiring manager, they asked me a couple of behavioral questions and asked me to show my visual design portfolio. They specifically wanted major experience in data visualization (it was not explicitly mentioned in the job description).
