Detailed and friendly and questions were easy and the answers were typed into a computer to the central office. During the interview when asked a question you then gave to wait for the person doing the interview to type everything you are saying into the computer word for word. This makes the interview much longer than it should be but at the same time you feel confortable.

I applied at Swiss Colony because it wa the only company hiring at the time. I went into their offices and filled out the application on paper, then redid the application on a computer and completed a small assessment, then it was a tour of the facility before I sat down with someone for the official interview with what I thought was a Human Resources employee but later found out it was a CSR like myself, after the interview I was told that I'd hear from them shortly and it was weeks before I heard from them. Then I was told it would be 6 weeks before I would start the position.
