I submitted my application and everything was fine. There was a phone interview conducted at a scheduled time. Everything seemed really boring and slow, the recruiter was not happy to be talking to me at all and could care less about how I answered the question. By the time I was done with the interview I didn't want to work there as much as she did. All and all, good company but I was actually glad I didn't get a call back.

Interview
3 rounds of interview, on campus, phone interview, and assessment day. I went through first two rounds, as they are very basic and all behavior (for non-actuarial major). Third round is not too bad, but peer group is very competitive. Make sure to stand out during 1,2 rounds
