The interview process was very long over a three month period. I met a total of around 12 people through 8 different stages. The process was very long winded and it seems that everyone wanted to make a decision on whether to take me to the next stage. During the process, I had to do a recorded interview, a presentation, a live test. I had an in-person interview with the business team and was asked about Jaguar cars latest marketing ad which I wasn't aware of - I think this was used as part of the decision making process which is odd because Jaguar cars are not relevant to insurance. Everyone was lovely and polite but the process was the most arduous process I've ever gone through for a marketing role.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Armonk, NY) in May 2012

The company is very quick in terms of getting arranging for phone interviews, face to face etc. Over the course of three weeks, three interviews were held. The first screening by phone, then in office back to back weeks. The best thing any candidate can do is always be prepared, know the company, know the services and ask questions. Do your homework.
