Three rounds: 1st round was an online digital interview, a few standard competency questions- you record answers online and send 2nd round more technical with 3 team members, given 3 topics, asked to pick to make a presentation, then followed by a discussion 3nd round with department head, line manager, start with the presentation then a discussion. Overall it was a good experience and nice discussions with all interviewers. Had to chase up for answer and feedback. Not the best practice in my opinion. Would appreciate if given answer within promised timeframe.
