30 min video interview with Head Communications Reinsurance. Nothing unusual during the interview, just a discussion about the role and what I have done in a similar role in my previous career. Then no feedback for 1 month! After that I contacted the HR myself (did not have the email address of the interviewer) and they promised to look into it. Several day later got an automated rejection. Totally unprofessional and I would even say rude. First bragging about company greatness in the interview then acting in the way the company actually acts - without any decency or consideration. To be avoided!
Truly a pleasant and highly professional experience through the whole interview process. Initial phone screening, followed by F2F interviews and case study. Reached the final interview, but another candidate got the job offer. In any case one of the most pleasant job interview experiences so far (been in the comms world for over 10 years).
