I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Armonk, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
30 Minute on campus interview followed by a telephone interview about 2 weeks later. Was then invited to the Assessment Day in the Armonk office after waiting about 3 weeks. The Assessment Day consisted of a dinner the night before, then an all day assessment the following Saturday. We were separated by position applied for and put through an individual case study analysis and presentation, group presentation and role play scenario. I was told I would be told the final decision in 2 weeks. Questions during the interviews were all behavioral. The Assessment day was more about critical thinking and how you problem solve/work in groups.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Madison, WI) in Oct 2015
Interview
I attended a career fair and submitted my resume. They told me to go online and to apply through their own online application. After a couple of weeks, I got an email from them that I made a second round. It was an on-campus interview. Questions were behavioral and very general questions.
After the interview, they told me that selected candidates would get an email and have an assessment day at New York office.
