      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Swiss Re (New York, NY) in Nov 2015

      Interview

I had one phone interview and 2 face to face interviews. The process overall was really slow and it was dificult to get any feedback. Their HR department is in Slovakia which doesnt help for communication. Interview questions were really theoritical with a lot of probablity and statistic questions. Interviewers were more interested in seing the thinking process. Overall I perceived the process as being un professional and it didnt paint a good picture of the company.
