30 minute interview, mostly personal/fit questions ("Tell us about a time you received constructive criticism", "Tell us about a time you had to convince someone else of your point of view") with one question about technical aspects of reinsurance. The company gave more feedback after the interview than I'm used to, which I appreciated.
