I submitted a resume online and received a call back within a couple days. I had a phone interview and then was invited in to the office for further interviews. I met a number of people, both within the department I would work in, as well as several people in other departments that I would regularly interact with. The interviews were thorough, and I appreciated that it seemed to be a two way street in that people were open and honest about the companies challenges, and I had the opportunity to ask a lot of questions. Cultural fit seemed be important, in addition to my technical qualifications. I was able to gather a lot of data points on the company, and appreciated that they put me through a number of interviews with several people in order to determine my fit for the role. The overall process was quick and thorough.
