I applied online. Was called in a few days from HR and had a phone interview. I then went to their office and met several people. A few days later I received an offer.

I interviewed for a position in Kirkland, WA. The process was good and I really liked the people I met and was excited about the job. Then I saw the review about the company being feudal and communist-like. I can't find the review anymore - can a company pay to get a bad review taken off? If so, that would not be cool, because that review saved me from making a huge mistake. I talked to some friends of friends that used to work at Swisslog Healthcare, and they agreed with the review and convinced me to stay away. Since I have accepted an offer that includes stock and pays far more at a really innovative company! Thanks for the heads up!
