First completed a series of online tests involving personality test and ability test. Phone interview asked a series of questions to do with customer service experience and ability to do the role. Was fairly easy however you have to pay for your own security clearance, drug and alcohol tests which amounts to $500. Pay rate isn't that great either, so i did not think it was worth it. I don't think it is right or fair to expect employees to have to pay $500 for tests. These should be covered by the employer.
