No interview, just asked if you would accept the pay rate, got asked to come in to sign the paperwork. The interview process became apparent in training, I was gobsmacked!

Only HR were involved in the process and interview, very efficient and detailed but the lack of possibility to talk to the manager before the job was odd to me
