I received an invitation to interview very quickly after applying. My initial screening with HR went well, and I was moved to an interview with the hiring manager. That interview also seemed to go fairly well, and HR followed up afterwards to gauge my interest in continuing with the interview process. I immediately responded that I was excited to continue pursuing this opportunity, and I never heard from anyone at the company ever again. Overall, I think everyone at Swyfft seemed great, and the role I interviewed for seemed like it'd be a great opportunity for anyone in the field. I just find it disappointing and unprofessional to be ghosted by potential employers.
