I applied online through a job portal. Had a conversation about position with their development director, he asked me questions of what I was currently working on, and what I had previous experience with. He seemed genuinely interested in having me interview for position, but didn't hear back after a week, so attempted to contact via, and never heard back. Didn't appreciate the radio silence.
