Entire interview process started with initial telephone screening, followed by Skype interview, followed by Skills Test, followed by Group Panel. Once I cleared the above mentioned process, I had a 1:1 interview with a Senior Management person who looked for my overall skills and my ability to be an integral part of a delivery team. Finally a comprehensive background screening was conducted to verify my Educational background, References and drug testing.
