Incredibly cumbersome. I spent 7.5 hours interviewing with 9 different people. They kept moving the bar, first I was told I'd interview with 5 people, then after every interview, they added on. In the end, they sent me a mass-generated email telling me that I didn't get the job, but the mass-generated email had the wrong job listed. Complete joke. Don't bother wasting your time.
